Are you seeking a meaningful part-time opportunity where your care and compassion can truly make a difference? As the overnight staff member, you’ll play a vital role in the safety and well-being of residents by staying alert, responding to care needs, monitoring building security, and providing emotional and spiritual support. You’ll also complete basic housekeeping and administrative tasks, administer medications, and document important resident activity. Paxton Ministries is hiring a full-time Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. From HVAC and painting to landscaping and appliance repair, you’ll assist with a wide variety of maintenance projects across our properties. We offer on-the-job training and a supportive team environment focused on ministry through service. This position is ideal for someone who is physically capable, spiritually mature, and motivated to learn.
