(Part-Time, 24 hr wk.)

Whether you're an experienced food service professional or looking to grow your skills, Paxton Ministries offers a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven kitchen team. In this role, you will assist with all aspects of meal preparation, serving, clean-up, and kitchen operations, taking on leadership responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate will bring strong practical skills and a heart for ministry—ready to serve in a faith-filled environment that reflects Christ’s love.

Maintenance Assistant

(Full-Time)

Paxton Ministries is hiring a full-time Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. From HVAC and painting to landscaping and appliance repair, you’ll assist with a wide variety of maintenance projects across our properties. We offer on-the-job training and a supportive team environment focused on ministry through service. This position is ideal for someone who is physically capable, spiritually mature, and motivated to learn. 

2nd Shift Resident Support Assistant

(Part-Time, 21 hr wk.)

Make a real difference in the lives of others by joining Paxton Ministries as a Resident Support Assistant. We’re looking for caring, dependable individuals to serve during 2nd shift (3:30pm – 11:00pm). This role focuses on administering medications and supporting daily resident needs—perfect for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to helping others thrive. Great opportunity to use your social work or human services experience! 

Weekend Team Leader

(Part-Time 10 hr wk.)
