What is Giving Tuesday?
Giving Tuesday is a worldwide movement to promote generosity. Held on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, this movement encourages people to step back from the consumerism associated with Black Friday and Cyber Monday and instead use their power of generosity –-through donations, volunteering, or acts of kindness—to support their communities.
